Regional Certification & Recovery Center

• HVAC Association with the support of the SADC RAC Association has established the HVAC Certification and Recovery Centre.

• SADC Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Training and Certification Handbook has been developed, which is one of our biggest milestones.

• The Certificate of Conformity is introduced in line with Industrial standards and demands another milestone to ensure that all new installations are done according to the RAC Sector standards

CERTIFICATION PRIOR THE LAUNCH

• Prior the launch 15th March 2024 the Regional Certification & Recovery Center has certified Trainers of Trainers.

• The Center has Certified 19 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technicians.

• 5 – Zambians;

• 9 – Namibians,

• 4 – Zimbabweans

• 1 - Botswana
